I tell stories. My passion is making people laugh, cry, and get inspired- whether that's to buy a product try something new, or simply to go out and make the world a better place.

I approach every writing project with an open mind, a keen eye for detail, and tireless ambition. Recently I applied this in the publication of 'In Support of Black Lives', an anthology of my and others' writing centred around race, racism, and current events. I was previously unfamiliar with much of what the book discusses: the history of racism in the UK and US, the psychology of how children understand race, etc. Researching each piece of writing in order to properly edit was a dream come true, resulting in an anthology I am proud to have partly created.

I love the act of writing, but more than that. I love what writing lets you do- the connection you can have across economic barriers and time zones, the potential to reach a vast audience with one well-written post is absolutely fascinating, and what I strive to do with every word. My blogs (Litlangislife.wordpress.com and Thirdculturethinking.food.blog) taught me the importance of presentation, good editing/copy-editing, and empowering readers with information. Running several publication projects has me enthralled with learning new skills such as SEO and digital marketing, which go hand-in-hand with my writing process.

When I'm not writing, you can find me getting to know people from all different cultures. As a 'Third Culture Kid' who grew up travelling the world in a boat, I am terminally fascinated by multiculturalism and real stories. I am currently learning Spanish, as well as how to cook a multitude of different cuisines as a way to satiate my love of travel from the comfort of home.
